Free Shipping (Orders over $50)

• Carrier: EMS
• Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

• In original condition with all tags attached
• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• In original packaging with any seals intact
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• The refund will be issued to your original payment method
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
