Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on baby clothing (0-24 months) and intimate apparel unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. All items must be in original condition with tags attached and unworn.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We will ship your replacement item once we receive the original product
